Sarah Cave
I’m a coach and learning facilitator and leadership geek. I have been doing this for over 25 years and feel very privileged to have worked with some of the worlds best known brands during that time. I also work with small business owners and their teams and love to see the change great leaders make to peoples lives, whether that’s internally with their people or externally with customers, suppliers and partners.If you are looking for someone who will ask the hard questions, challenge your thinking and give you the support you need to be the best version of you, then I look forward to working with you.
Kate Offord
I am a performance coach and coach developer in the fields of swimming, triathlon and health. As a coach I am passionate about helping people discover what might be getting in their way so that together we can work towards achieving their goals. I have worked with athletes to bring them to the British Championships in swimming, and to multiple medals at English National Championships, as well as helping numerous triathletes conquer ironman distance events and longer.
I have recently been called a ‘super communicator’ - I think this means that I put people at ease and make the difficult seem easier! I strongly believe that culture and environment impact well being and performance. Leaders need to be in good health to withstand the challenges of todays world, but squeezing in a fitness routine can be a challenge. We will work together to find a way that you can get the balance right, enjoy becoming healthier fitter and getting to peak performance both in your own life and in business. My international business management experience has equipped me with the ability to balance the transactional and transformational aspects of business.
